Getting Started
Creating Your Account
Sign up for Prolicensor using your business email. After verification, you'll have access to your dashboard where you can manage all your software licenses.
Dashboard Overview
Your dashboard provides a comprehensive view of all your licenses, including status, expiration dates, and activation counts. Use the sidebar to navigate between different sections.
First Steps
Start by exploring your assigned licenses, checking their status, and familiarizing yourself with the interface. Admins can immediately begin inviting team members and creating new licenses.
License Management
Understanding License Types
Prolicensor supports various license types including single-user, multi-device, and enterprise licenses. Each type has specific activation limits and usage rules.
Activating a License
To activate a license, navigate to the Licenses section, locate your license, and click "Activate". The system will verify your license key and register the activation.
Transferring Licenses
Licenses can be transferred between users by an admin. Go to Admin > Licenses, select the license, and use the "Reassign" option to transfer to another user.
License Renewal
Before a license expires, you'll receive notifications. Contact your administrator or our sales team to renew licenses and maintain uninterrupted access.
User Management
User Roles
Prolicensor has three user roles: User (can view and activate assigned licenses), Admin (can manage users and licenses), and Super Admin (full system access).
Inviting Users
Admins can invite new users via email. Go to Admin > Users, click "Invite User", enter their email and select a role. They'll receive an invitation link to set up their account.
Managing Permissions
User permissions are role-based. To change a user's role, navigate to their profile and select the new role from the dropdown. Changes take effect immediately.
Security Best Practices
Password Security
Use a strong, unique password for your Prolicensor account. We recommend using a password manager and enabling two-factor authentication when available.
License Key Protection
Treat your license keys as sensitive information. Never share them publicly or via unsecured channels. Contact support immediately if you suspect a key has been compromised.
Access Control
Regularly review user access and remove accounts that are no longer needed. Use the principle of least privilege when assigning roles.
Audit Logs
Admins can access audit logs to monitor all account activity. Review these regularly to detect any unauthorized access or unusual patterns.

Licensed software can be downloaded from your dashboard. Navigate to Dashboard > Downloads to view all available software packages.
